signage artwork and redraws.

Survey redraws, setting-out and artwork a sign maker can cut straight from.

Most sign jobs start with a drawing nobody has had time to do properly. We redraw what is there, measure what is needed and hand over artwork that goes straight to the cutter.

New schemes get the same care. From a single fascia to a multi-site rollout, the design carries its own production logic: materials, fixings, illumination and tolerances considered from the first sketch.

notes.

Estates and facilities teams send a photo and the measurements. We send back a to-scale drawing, dimensioned in millimetres, ready to price and make.

photo to drawing.

Drag across a phone photo of a shop wall, with rough measurements pencilled on, and it becomes a to-scale drawing: the fascia set out in teal, dimensioned in millimetres, with a revision cloud and a title block.

It is the job estates and facilities teams send us, shown in one move.

A shop wall as a phone photo with pencilled measurements, wiping into a teal setting-out drawing: the fascia 4200 by 650 millimetres and the door 2400 high, with a revision cloud marked b and a title block. When it needs making or fitting, our sister companies in One Group, OneSign and OneLaser, can make it. You can also take the files to your own maker.

questions.

what do you need from me to start a redraw?
A photo of the wall taken straight on, ideally from across the road with the whole front in, and the width and height in millimetres if you have measured it. If you have not, say so and we will book a survey.
can you come and measure up?
Yes. Give us a couple of mornings or afternoons that suit and who will be there, and we will come and survey.
what files does the sign maker get?
Production artwork at full size, set out in millimetres, in the vector formats sign makers cut from. Our sister company OneSign can make it, or you can send it to your own maker.
can you redraw a whole estate of signs to one standard?
Yes. We draw every sign on the site to the same standard and list them in a sign schedule, numbered and sized, so the whole rollout can be priced and approved sign by sign.
do I need my landlord’s permission?
Most leases need it in writing before anything goes on the front of a building. If you have not got it yet, we will send you what to ask them for.

the draughtsman asks

have you got a photo of the wall and rough measurements?

Pick one and the enquiry opens with signage artwork and redraws ticked. Or just get in touch.
